We are seeking a results-driven AI Solution Sales Executive to spearhead our expansion in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial sellers who thrive at the intersection of software and consulting by educating senior executives, shaping solutions, and driving both new logo acquisition and account expansion.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Sales & Pipeline Development
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through close and expansion.
- Identify and engage both mid-market and Fortune 1000 accounts where AI-driven solutions can deliver tangible results and disrupt incumbents.
- Build and manage a high-value pipeline, structuring predictable subscription deals that combine platform + expertise.
Strategic Sales Execution
- Lead discovery workshops with executives (C-level execs, VPs, and Directors) to uncover high-value use cases.
- Partner with solution architects and engagement managers to scope and launch tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with product and marketing to refine go-to-market positioning and industry narratives.
Market Leadership & Expansion
- Drive adoption and expansions within accounts by ensuring business outcomes are delivered.
- Represent RapidCanvas in industry events, webinars, and executive briefings.
- Contribute to sales playbooks and help shape the GTM strategy for a new, adjacent solution categories.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience selling solutions that apply AI/ML, analytics, or data platforms in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing
- Strong consultative selling skills; ability to position outcomes, not just technology.
- Proven track record of closing $250k+ multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Background in consulting, solution selling, or hybrid SaaS + services
- Executive presence and ability to build trust with both technical and business leaders.
- Early-stage or category-creation experience preferred; thrives in ambiguity.
