Who We are Looking for

We’re hiring customer-facing specialists focusing on AI Solutions to lead end-to-end delivery of bespoke AI projects—from initial solution design through full customer success ownership. This role merges the depth of a Solutions Architect with the accountability of a Customer Success leader. You will work across pre-sales and post-sales, ensuring our clients see real business value from our AI capabilities. The hiring seniority level will depend on the candidate’s depth of experience across customer-facing solution delivery, ability to drive measurable business impact, and demonstrated ownership in ambiguous or fast-paced environments.

Role Responsibilities 

Pre-Sale: Discovery & Solutioning

* Partner with Sales and Data Science to deeply understand the customer's business context and challenges.

* Define clear problem statements, document current state processes, and align on success criteria and KPIs.

* Design solution architecture and data flow diagrams tailored to each use case.

* Assess data feasibility and AI-fit for the proposed use case.

* Set up technical and collaboration workspaces (Slack, Drive, JIRA, etc.) with naming and access discipline.

Post-Sale: Execution & Success

* Own the customer relationship post-sale, acting as the single point of accountability.

* Act as a product expert, designing the most efficient solution for the customer by combining a deep understanding of their needs and problems with expertise in how solutions are built on the platform.

* Manage the execution and implementation of the solution, ensuring clarity of scope, timeline, and handoffs.

* Lead all internal and customer-facing check-ins, with clear agendas, follow-ups, and next-step ownership.

* Facilitate UAT and deployment, ensuring measurable outcomes are validated.

* Track and report on success metrics across 30/60/90-day milestones and ensure platform adoption.

* Collect and pass actionable feedback from customer engagements to the product team so the product can evolve based on ground realities.

 Operational Excellence

* Maintain rigorous documentation: dataset inventories, architectural diagrams, solution design docs, and playbooks for repeatable use cases.

* Ensure consistency in file naming, version control, and visual branding across all deliverables.

* Keep Slack, HubSpot, JIRA, and Confluence spaces organized, current, and aligned across teams.

* Establish repeatable frameworks for solution delivery, handoffs, and success tracking.

* Proactively escalate blockers, risks, or unclear ownership to leadership with recommended resolutions.

* Drive continuous improvement by codifying best practices, checklists, and automation opportunities across customer projects.

* Champion operational scalability, ensuring that learnings from one client engagement can be replicated across others.

Strategic Growth

* Partner with Product and Leadership on long-term growth strategies, ensuring that client insights shape roadmap priorities at a higher level

Ideal Qualifications

* At least six (6) years in a hybrid technical + customer-facing role (Solutions Architect, Customer Success, Engagement Manager, etc.).

* Strong understanding of applied Data Science, ML, and GenAI (e.g., LLM Prompting, RAG).

* Demonstrated success delivering AI or data-driven solutions in a consulting or startup setting.

* Excellent storytelling and business value articulation skills for both technical and executive audiences.

* Detail-oriented with exceptional project management and follow-through.

* Global client experience is strongly preferred.

* Prior experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high expectations for ownership and delivery.

* Professional fluency in English is required.
