RapidCanvas is an AI workflow platform that helps managed service providers (MSPs) automate ticketing, documentation, security alert enrichment, reporting, and build custom AI workflows they can resell to their clients. We’re expanding quickly and looking for a well-connected MSP industry leader to bring RapidCanvas into the heart of the MSP community.

About the Role

We’re hiring an MSP Channel Evangelist to be the face of RapidCanvas within the MSP ecosystem. This is a relationship-driven role: you already know MSP owners, operators, channel vendors, influencers, and peer group leaders—and they already trust you.

Your mission is simple:

Introduce RapidCanvas to the MSP world and generate warm, high-quality conversations with MSPs and key channel partners. This person is critical to our early GTM and will help position RapidCanvas as the leading AI workflow platform for MSPs.

What You’ll Do

1. Generate Warm Intros & Early Pipeline (Top Priority)

- Introduce RapidCanvas to your MSP network

- Drive 25–40 MSP meetings in the first 60–90 days

- Create warm referrals through peer groups, MSP influencers, Pax8 sellers, and vendor relationships

2. Be the Public Voice of RapidCanvas in the MSP Community

- Represent RapidCanvas on podcasts, webinars, events, and Slack/Discord groups

- Participate in MSP communities such as MSPGeek, The Tech Tribe, HTG/IT Nation, and Robin Robins

3. Build Strategic Channel Relationships

- Open doors with Pax8, ConnectWise, NinjaOne, N-able, Acronis, Huntress, and similar vendors

- Support early integration and co-marketing conversations

4. Support MSP Sales & Adoption

- Help MSPs understand how RapidCanvas improves internal operations

- Show them how to resell AI workflows to their end clients

- Work closely with Solutions Engineering to tailor demos and messaging

5. Provide Market Feedback

- Bring insights from MSP operators and channel vendors to influence product direction

- Help prioritize integrations and workflow templates

Who You Are

Required Experience

- Former MSP owner or former Channel Chief/AE/SE at an MSP-focused vendor(ConnectWise, Pax8, Datto, Acronis, Huntress, N-able, NinjaOne, Kaseya, etc.)

- Strong presence and credibility in the MSP community

- Familiar with PSA/RMM tools, ticketing workflows, operational maturity, and MSP economics

You Likely Have

- Deep relationships with MSP owners, peer group leaders, and vendor channel teams

- Experience speaking at MSP conferences, podcasts, or webinars

- A reputation for being trustworthy, helpful, and plugged into the community

Soft Skills

- Excellent communicator and storyteller

- High-energy, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in fast-moving environments

- Enjoy building relationships and introducing innovative tools to MSPs

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

- 30+ MSP intro meetings generated

- RapidCanvas represented on 3–5 MSP podcasts/events

- Active early partnerships with Pax8, ConnectWise, and/or other vendor ecosystems

- A steady pipeline of engaged MSPs evaluating RapidCanvas

- Clear brand presence within key MSP communities
