The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior AI Engineer to serve as the technical architect and trusted advisor for enterprise AI transformation initiatives. This role represents a unique opportunity to implement agentic AI solutions while building the technical foundation for next-generation enterprise intelligence.

As enterprises navigate the complexity of AI adoption, you will be their technical guide—translating ambitious business visions into production-ready applied AI systems. This is not a traditional engineering role—it's a strategic technical leadership position that requires deep AI expertise, engineering problem solving mindset, exceptional client relationship skills, and the entrepreneurial drive to pioneer new categories of enterprise AI solutions.

What You'll Own

Enterprise AI Solution Development

• Design and deliver custom agentic AI solutions for mid-size to large enterprises (200+ employees, $50M+ revenue)
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, production-ready AI architectures
• Build and integrate intelligent agent systems using cutting-edge frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI
• Develop sophisticated RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines that contextualize LLM behavior with enterprise-specific knowledge
• Implement production-grade LLM solutions with enterprise security, compliance, and scalability requirements

Customer-Centric Technical Leadership

• Serve as the primary technical expert for strategic enterprise accounts
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with customer data science and IT teams
• Navigate complex technical decision processes across implementation cycles

Technical Thought Leadership & Innovation

• Champion engineering best practices and technical excellence across customer implementations
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Engineering, and Product teams to drive platform innovation
• Represent RapidCanvas technical capabilities at industry conferences and customer technical reviews

Qualifications

Technical Excellence & AI Expertise

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering with demonstrated expertise in production system deployment
• Deep expertise in agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI) with proven track record of building multi-agent systems
• Advanced proficiency in Python with experience building scalable, enterprise-grade backend services and APIs
• Comprehensive understanding of LLM platforms (GPT, Gemini, Claude) and advanced prompt engineering techniques
• Hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and modern ML infrastructure

Production System Mastery

• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise-grade deployment patterns
• Deep understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and production AI system monitoring
• Proven ability to architect systems that meet enterprise performance, reliability, and governance standards

Strategic Technical Leadership

• Demonstrated success in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with high customer expectations and aggressive timelines
• Ability to balance strategic technical vision with hands-on implementation and customer deliverable execution
• Consistent history of delivering complex AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers
