Companies that get the most from AI know exactly where humans add unique value, and why full autonomy is a myth while a combination of agentic AI and humans in the loop provides a protective moat for the business.

Every organization has someone who knows all the workarounds that keep the business humming. The VP who remembers why that carrier got blacklisted in 2019.
