IAAPA Expo 2026

RapidCanvas will be attending IAAPA Expo 2026, November 16-19 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.

Hosted by IAAPA, it is the global attractions industry’s biggest gathering, drawing operators and suppliers from theme parks, water parks, family entertainment centers, museums, zoos, and aquariums worldwide. The week pairs a sprawling show floor with 170-plus education sessions and no shortage of networking, and the 2026 edition grows again with the convention center’s new West Building.

The data and AI conversations are where we spend our time. Parks and venues run on operational data, ticketing, attendance, ride and equipment uptime, staffing, food and retail, and most of the distance between collecting it and using it is work that never quite gets prioritized: forecasting a busy day before it arrives and staffing to match, catching a ride issue before it turns into downtime, pricing that keeps up with real demand.
