eTail Connect West 2026
RapidCanvas will be attending eTail Connect West 2026, September 23-25 at The Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, CA.
Hosted by Worldwide Business Research, it is an invitation-only gathering for senior eCommerce and omnichannel retail leaders - a smaller, closed-door format built around pre-scheduled one-on-ones and candid peer conversations rather than a crowded show floor. The agenda runs across the work that actually moves a retail business: personalization, merchandising, retail media, customer data and analytics, loyalty, and demand planning.
The AI and data conversations are where we spend our time. Retail teams are sitting on more data than they can act on - clickstream, catalog, customer history, campaign results - and most of the gap between having it and using it is work that never quite gets prioritized: cleaning up product data, making personalization relevant instead of noisy, forecasting demand you can trust, actually closing the loop on what a promo drove. We would like to hear where that pinches most for you, and where AI earns its keep versus becoming one more tool to manage.
If you will be in Carlsbad for the conference, reach out to set up time with our team.
